If you have Citytv and any of the channels available on Citytv+ included in your TV package, the login credentials used to watch on-demand content on Citytvplus.ca or through the Citytv+ app will be the same one used to view your online monthly bill through your provider’s website. If you’re still having issues signing in, please contact your TV service provider directly for more assistance.
If you subscribe directly with Citytv+ and forget your password, simply tap “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen and follow the instructions to reset it. Your username is the email address you used to sign-up for the service.
