The offer is available to Rogers wireless customers who:
- Purchased a 5G+ Rogers Essentials, Popular, or Ultimate plan, or a Rogers Preferred Program plan on or after December 2, 2025 on a new activation, hardware upgrade or plan change. For Rogers Preferred Program customers, offer is open to residents of Canada excluding Quebec.
- Do not have the account holder subscribed to Citytv+ or have access to Citytv+ content through Rogers Xfinity
- Have a valid email address on file associated with your mobile account
Which Citytv+ plan does this offer apply to?
This offer only applies to Citytv+ monthly plan. Promo period starts when you activate your Citytv+ account. The monthly plan will be discounted for 3 months.
Where and how do I redeem my Citytv+ promo code?
You can only redeem promo codes via http://www.citytvplus.ca/subscribe They cannot be redeemed via third-party providers (Apple, Google, Amazon, or Amazon Prime Video).
Allow up to 5 days after confirmation of your mobile order to get the email with your promo code. It’ll be sent to the email address associated with your mobile account.
To activate your 3 month pass, please subscribe through the website: https://subscriptions.citytvplus.ca/
To redeem your promo code:
- In the email with the promo code, select Activate Now
- Select Monthly Plan on the Subscription plan page

Register and confirm your email.
- Create a password.

At checkout, enter the promo code provided, along with your payment information, into the “Redeem Promo” box and click the “Apply” button (see image below).

You should then see the confirmation screen after the promo code is applied.
What happens after the promo period? Will I be automatically renewed into a Citytv+ Monthly subscription?
If you don’t cancel your subscription before the promo period ends, your Citytv+ Monthly Plan will auto-renew every month. The monthly price CAD $9.99/mo + taxes will be charged to your credit card. You’ll be notified via email at least 7 days before your promo period ends. You may cancel your subscription anytime.
What happens if I already have an active Citytv+ subscription or an Xfinity TV plan that includes all the channels available within Citytv+?
If your wireless account holder already has Citytv+ or you have access to all of the channels available within Citytv+ with a Rogers Xfinity TV plan, you won’t receive a Citytv+ promo code after signing up for an eligible wireless plan.
However, if the mobile account holder doesn’t have Citytv+ access either through Citytvplus.ca+ or Rogers Xfinity TV, you’ll receive a Citytv+ promo code by email after signing up for an eligible mobile plan. Follow the instructions in the email to activate your discount on Citytv+ Monthly.
If I activate multiple lines on the eligible plans, will I get multiple promo codes (i.e. one for each line)?
You’ll get a promo code for each line you activate as long as the account holder:
- Haven’t redeemed their promo code OR
- Doesn’t have Citytv+ access through Citytvplus.ca or Rogers Xfinity TV.
How long do I have to redeem my promo code?
You must redeem your promo code within 7 days of receiving it.
What happens if my promo code doesn’t work?

I lost my promo code. Can I get another one?
Contact us at 1-888-Rogers1 or *611. We’ll give you a new promo code within 48-72 hours once we confirm your eligibility.

Can I upgrade to Citytv+ Annual or the Citytv+ & Sportsnet+ Bundle during the promo period?
No, you can’t upgrade to any other available plan during the free promo period.
What if I change my mobile plan during the promo period? Will I lose my Citytv+ access?
No. If you’ve redeemed your promo code, you’ll have access to Citytv+ until the end of the promo period.
Will I see Citytv+ on my Rogers bill?
No, Citytv+ won’t be on your Rogers bill.
How many devices can stream Citytv+ at the same time?
You can stream on two different devices at the same time with one Citytv+ account.
